1. Do you offer customized jewelry?
Yes! All our products are made-to-order and fully customizable. You can add names, initials, dates, or meaningful words to your jewelry.
2. How can I place an order?
You can place your order through our website or social media pages. Simply select your item, provide customization details, and choose your preferred payment and delivery method.
3. What payment methods do you accept?

For custom items, a 50% advance payment may be required.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery time: 3–7 business days (within Pakistan)

5. Can I return or exchange an item?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized products unless the item is damaged or incorrect. You must report issues within 24 hours of receiving the item with photo or video proof.

7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.
